You're not just raising a child - you're raising a future adult who knows how to express their feelings, regulate their emotions, and connect with others. But let's be real... between toddler meltdowns, bedtime battles, and your own exhaustion, emotional regulation can feel elusive. That's why I created this course - so you can support your child's emotional world in a playful, meaningful way (without needing a PhD or a perfect routine).

The power of play for every emotion

This self-paced course and downloadable curriculum gives you the tools, language, and playful practices to nurture emotional regulation and emotional literacy in your home - through connection, storytime, and everyday moments.
