That's why I created this course - so you can support your child's emotional world in a playful, meaningful way (without needing a PhD or a perfect routine).

This course is designed for parents are caregivers of children ages 2-7 - from the earliest days of toddlerhood through the first years of elementary school.

Whether your child is just beginning to name their feelings or starting to read and write about them, this course will give you the tools to support their emotional growth through playful, connected, and developmentally appropriate practices.
